UNITED STATES FLAG FLOWN AT HALF-STAFF ON BSUSD CAMPUSES
It is with great sadness that our school will fly the United States flag at half-staff on both the Bolinas and Stinson Campuses starting today until sunset, January 26, 2023. We do this to show our respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence that occurred on January 21, 2023 in Monterey Park, California and in accordance with the Presidential Proclamation.
As a community, we share their families’ grief during this difficult time. If you feel your child is impacted by this event or needs a safe, kind ear, please reach out to Grace or Ange, our school counselors, or your child’s teacher to arrange support. We will continue our work as a school community to nurture empathy, understanding, compassion, and inclusiveness in all we do.
