WELCOME BACK TO A NEW YEAR!
I hope you had a wonderful break full of fun family activities. The weather was perfect for hiking, biking and more, even if it was a little wet (thankfully!) BIG NEWS ~ TWO BUS RUNS ARE BACK!
We now have three active bus drivers for BSUSD! Congratulations to Roberto Garcia who has passed all the required tests and training necessary to become a full-fledged bus driver. This is not an easy thing to do, and he did it in addition to his everyday duties here at school. A big thank you to Roberto for his perseverance and dedication to our school and students to make this happen.
We also happily welcome back Marty Brendel who is returning after an injury. Most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to the man who has been single handedly transporting our students for most of this school year, Ben Lowrance. Ben has worked countless hours before and after school, getting our kids to back and forth between school and home. Please share your love and appreciation with all three of our wonderful bus drivers when you see them in action in the coming weeks.

REMINDER ~ STUDENT & STAFF HEALTH AND SAFETY COME FIRST
Please be sure to stay up to date on the latest health and safety guidance, and feel free to reach out to our COVID Liaison, Catherine Hawes at chawes@bolinas-stinson.org if you have any questions regarding COVID protocols.
Remember to administer the COVID self-test (that was sent home before break) to your child before they return to school. Please keep your child home if they are showing any symptoms of illness or test positive for COVID. If your child needs to stay home, you may contact your child's teacher for any missed work. Teachers are not providing distance learning for students who are absent.
