Free On-Site COVID-19 Testing at Bolinas Campus
We are pleased to announce that the Bolinas-Stinson School District will be providing free on-site COVID-19 testing for staff and community members on the Bolinas Campus on Wednesday, October 14. Additional testing will be scheduled each month until further notice.
We have contracted with PMH Laboratory to administer both the nasal swab to test (for current infection) and the finger prick test (antibody) to those who want it.
We need to have 65 people register in order to qualify for this on-site testing so we are encouraging people to sign up as soon as possible. Testing for COVID-19 helps us keep school safer and provides Health Department officials with important data that can be used to help reduce the spread of the disease.
Registration will remain open through October 11.
- Adults will need a picture ID and a medical insurance card if you have one. (If you do not have insurance, please complete the uninsured patient form - see attachment in your school e-mail or call the office at (415)868-1603
- Parents should complete registration for their children.
- Please fill out all applicable forms prior to arrival if possible. (see attachment in your school e-mail)
- Follow all social distancing guidelines including maintaining 6 feet of distance and wearing a face covering.
