Joint Statement from the Bolinas-Stinson Union School District and Bolinas-Stinson Teachers Association/CTA

February 12, 2026

Dear Bolinas-Stinson School Community,

The Bolinas-Stinson Union School District and Bolinas-Stinson Teachers Association/CTA are pleased to share that we have reached agreement in our contract negotiations. In addition to agreement on new contract language in several Articles, certificated teachers’ salary will be raised by 8.25% over the next two years.

While the process required strong advocacy and candid discussion, both parties remained focused on a shared goal: supporting our students and the educators who serve them.

With an agreement now in place, we are moving forward together. The District and the Association are united in our commitment to safe, supportive schools; high-quality teaching and learning; and continued collaboration on behalf of our community.

We thank our students, families, and staff for their patience and engagement throughout this process. We look ahead with a renewed focus on partnership and service to our schools.

Sincerely,

Britton Walker

President, Bolinas-Stinson Teachers Association

Leo Kostelnik

Superintendent, Bolinas-Stinson Union School District
