Position Announcement
Title: Bus Driver & Utility (22.5 hours per week) and Cook (7.5 hours per week)
For the 2025-2026 school year, 10 months (183 days, August through June)
Compensation:
Pay: $ 37,824 to 43,785, depending on experience
Benefits: Full health benefits for employee + one dependent.
Pension: District contributes to California Public Employees Retirement System (CALPERS)
Paid Vacation: 10 days
Paid Holidays: 11 days
Bonus: $3000 signing and retention bonus: $1500 upon CDL license, $1500 at the start of year two.
Requirements: California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Type 2, School Bus, and Passenger endorsements, along with CHP authorization and a valid DOT Medical Certificate, OR willingness to qualify and obtain one. More info
Cook duties are to serve already prepared lunches and clean up after lunch service.
