NOTICE INVITING INFORMAL BIDS
Public Project: Re-Roofing 3-4 Buildings (Reconstruction/Renovation)
Agency: Bolinas-Stinson Union School District Location: 125 Olema-Bolinas Road, Bolinas, CA 94924
Scope: Removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, flashing/sheet metal, and related roof accessories.
Bidding Procedures: This project is subject to informal bidding per the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (limit $220,000).
• Mandatory Site Walk: Must be scheduled individually with Leo Kostelnik prior to the deadline.
• Contractor Requirements: Must possess a valid C-39 license, be DIR-registered, and be on the District’s list of qualified contractors. Visit our website to sign on to our contractor list.
• Bid Security: 50% performance bond required from the successful bidder.
• Deadline: March 20, 2026.
